What We Actually Test Before a Release Cut

Specimen sheets are where a typeface looks its best — generous size, generous leading, a sentence chosen because every letter combination sits well. It is close to the last environment most of our fonts actually get used in.

Before we call a cut finished, it goes into a cramped admin dashboard, a mobile nav bar, a spreadsheet-style table at 11px. If the numerals don’t align at that size, or the weight axis muddies at the low end, the release gets delayed. The specimen sheet comes after that testing, not before it.

Licensing

Licensing is per-project, not per-seat.

Every typeface ships as a single variable font file with a straightforward licence — no seat counting, no font-loading service required.
